ABOUT

About

Hello! I’m Paul Gaucher, a Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioner and acupuncturist with 17 years of experience. I earned my diploma in the Doctor of Traditional Chinese Medicine program, graduating in 2006 after completing a rigorous 5-year full-time program that covered acupuncture, herbalism, diet, nutrition, and emotional health.

My family and I have been proud to call Creston home since moving here from Nelson in 2016, and I’m honored to be part of the vibrant Creston community through my work at Vitality Acupuncture.

In addition to my practice at Vitality Acupuncture in Creston, I serve as the program manager of the Chinese Medicine program at Kootenay Columbia College in Nelson, B.C., where I also teach acupuncture techniques and supervise clinical training.

From a young age, my deep connection with nature and love for exploring the outdoors sparked my curiosity about life, eventually leading me to study and practice alternative medicine. My approach to acupuncture is rooted in a profound respect for the healing power of nature and a commitment to guiding my patients toward their highest potential for health. I see each patient as a unique individual, and it’s my privilege to be a supportive companion on their wellness journey. My vision is to bridge ancient healing techniques with modern health challenges, offering the best in acupuncture care.
